Welcome to www.warmecandles.com, operated by WARMÉ ("WARMÉ", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Products

• All WARMÉ candles are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in colour, shape, wax texture, frosting and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• Fragrance perception may vary from person to person.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, offers and discounts at any time without prior notice. The price applicable is the one shown at the time you place your order.
• Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway partner (Razorpay) using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• In case of an obvious pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

Shipping timelines, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Candle Safety

Candles involve an open flame. By purchasing, you agree to follow basic candle-safety practices:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and flammable items.
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use.
• Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Stop use when about 1 cm of wax remains.
• Metal urlis and vessels can become hot during use — handle with care.

WARMÉ shall not be liable for any damage, injury or loss arising from improper use of the products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the WARMÉ name, logo, product photographs, designs, text and graphics — is the property of WARMÉ and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WARMÉ's total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural calamities, strikes or government restrictions).

10. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of WARMÉ's business operations in India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can resolve any concern amicably.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
